Situated between Payyannur and Pariyaram, on the way to Govt Medical College, Kannur. Nice hotel.. Good escape from crowds.. Good ambience.. Reasonably good service.. Good house keeping.. nice staff .. Rooms are small.

The hotel Green park is located in a good place nearby highway. I was there on Oct 22nd night with my friends for a get together and had dinner in Pazhassi restaurant (table no.6). Our waiter was very rude, I think he don’t get much experience on it, I mean he never work as a waiter, don’t smile to the customer, when he talk very low volume and never try to explain the food menu. The menu is looking good but all the items are not there. This is first time I seen a restaurant without ‘rotti’ at payyanur. Food was okay tasty but they added more spices on it because that can’t eat too much and we wasted lots of foods over there. Anyway Thanks Hope not seen you again

the hotel location was v.good and it was closed to some attractions (city attractions) the food was good, very good hospitality with a Kerala style. the restaurant in the hotel is good as well the negative point was the wifi, only available in the lobby. it will be great to make it reach the rooms. no GYM and swimming pool

The hotel is situated about 5 kms from the Payyanur Railway station on the Kannur Road.The rooms are cozy and comfortable.The food is very good and the staff are very courteous and friendly .Well located for those who would like to visit during the Theyyam season

I stayed at this hotel during first week of Nov'16, the occasion was to attend a marriage reception. Location of the hotel is excellent and its on the main highway, in case you zip too fast there is chance you might miss it.Rooms were clean and spacious, the housekeeping staff does its job to satisfaction. I have high praise for Mr. Sujith Mudappathi who is the F&B manager at the hotel, he was courteous, ensured that we get what we requested (we were travelling with a child). The restaurant was clean and the food was tasty, the chef knows his job. One issue which I had was lack of wireless connectivity when I needed it, I guess there was issue with the network. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend fellow travelers to check the place out.
